Cajun Seasoning - 45g - Doyen

A fiery chilli spice with sweet herbal notes. Fashioned partly from colonial influences, a stylish mix of French and Spanish sophistication together with the fire of Africa creates highly imaginative and powerful flavours. Makes excellent rub for veg or non-veg roast, BBQ and some lip smacking chicken wing, spicy hummus, salad and other dips. Try it even in a lentil or chickpea (besan) omelette (chilla) with 2 tablespoon of Doyen tahini.
