Shipping and Delivery
The Gourmet Box is committed to delivering your order in the best possible way. We try our hardest to ensure that we provide the most efficient dispatch and make sure that your Gift Boxes reach you as soon as possible.
How long does it take for an order to deliver?
Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive your goodies within 3 - 10 working days usually. All Gourmet Hampers which are in The Gourmet Box branded boxes are dispatched within 24 hours whilst all other gift boxes, make your own box, or individual products orders can take longer to dispatch. We dispatch orders throughout the week, except Sunday and on Public holidays.
Standard Delivery (delivery by road) takes anywhere between 3-10 days to deliver after your order is dispatched depending on your location.
Express Delivery (delivery by air) takes anywhere between 2-4 days to deliver after your order is dispatched. If the delivery address is within Mumbai the delivery can be done on the same day or next day (except on Sundays and public holidays).
*Please note that Delivery Partners in India do not accept orders without a working Indian mobile number. If you are ordering from out of India, you can give anyone else's number who can coordinate the delivery on your or recipient's behalf. The deliveries will get delayed if the Indian mobile number is not provided along with the order.
Delivery Charges
We charge Rs. 150/- as a flat fee for standard delivery for all orders across India. However we provide Free Standard Shipping on our Gourmet Gift Boxes. We provide an express shipping option for our Gourmet Gift Boxes, at Rs.300/-.
Our prices are inclusive of GST. All taxes are included in the listed prices. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery Area

Fresh Gourmet Products like cheese etc can only be delivered in Mumbai. They are delivered at all pincodes from South Mumbai upto Borivali & Thane. If you are uncertain whether we deliver to your pincode, please call us on +91 9819580857 or drop us a line at help@thegourmetbox.in.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we at The Gourmet Box ship via reputed e-commerce shipping partners. Some products are shipped directly to you from our trusted vendors too.
